We are located in downtown Boise, at the corner of 8th and Main Street.

TheGym is a boutique style fitness center that accommodates to the corporate professional and downtown residents.

We have free weights, cable machines, TechnoGym weight machines, functional training tools, cardio equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, group classes, beautiful locker rooms and showers, steam rooms, and towel service for our members.

Updated Membership/Guest Access Hours

Members Gym Access:
Mon-Sun 4:00am to 10:00pm

Business Hours (Staff on duty):
Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 8:00pm
Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm


Important! What you need to know:

  • Extended hours are for Gym Members ONLY. Access is extended to the main gym, auxiliary gym, and locker rooms via assigned access card.

  • Non-Member guests may use the club during posted business hours. Non-members caught in the club "after hours" may be fined, and any member who allows access is subject to termination.

  • Staff will not be present before or after regular business hours. The club has 24 hour security camera surveillance.

  • All facility doors will LOCK promptly at 10:00PM, all personal items must be removed from the premises before 10pm or they will not be accessible again until 4:00AM the following day.

  • Members have the responsibility to follow gym etiquette cleaning their own used equipment, and putting all equipment back to its designated place.

  • Security is on-site in the 8th&Main Building and will do regular 'sweeps' of TheGym. Any member inside the facilities after 10PM will be asked to leave.

  • Emergency phones are available in main gym, auxiliary gym, and each locker room. Call 911 if you have an emergency.

  • TheGym reserves the right to reduce hours again at anytime, if and when it may deem necessary to the club and its property to follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
